Мультипрограммирование, при котором ресурсы системы обработки информации предоставляются каждому процессу из группы процессов обработки информации, находящихся в СОИ, на интервалы времени, длительность и очередность представления которых определяется управляющей программой этой СОИ с целью обеспечения одновременной работы процессов этой группы в интерактивном режиме.
